Plug in to our prebuilt utilities 
We invest upfront to ensure that the necessary capacity and utilities are available for our site partners. GreenLab has an expanding prebuilt infrastructure that includes water, nitrogen, hydrogen, compressed air, and soon, heat. Businesses can plug into these facilities from day one and thus reduce the time it takes to become operational. 

Green heat at cost parity 
In June 2024 GreenLab invested in a 100 MWh heat battery for the industrial cluster. The heat battery will use electricity from the hybrid energy park during low price periods, convert it to heat, store it as heat, and then distribute the heat to GreenLab’s site partners as needed. That means we offer green heat for our site partners at cost parity to heat based on fossil fuels. The thermal battery storage facility is expected to be operational in 2025 and will be one of the largest in Europe.  

Diversified energy mix 
Utilising a diverse mix of green energy sources, GreenLab provides the flexibility to select and alternate energy types based on specific demands, thus enhancing operational sustainability.
